We participate in the following insurance policies:
VSP (Vision Service Plan), Medicare, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California and United Healthcare.
We are not contracted with EyeMed, Medicaid, Cigna or HMO plans.
For Out-of-Network policyholders, we do extend a courtesy discount of 20% on all purchases of prescription eyewear and lenses.
Our staff will be happy to discuss your copays.
We also welcome private pay patients and will be happy to assist you with your claim submission to your insurance.
Some Vision Plan benefits are contracted to and managed by a separate, third-party vision provider network, most commonly VSP, EyeMed, Spectera or Davis Vision. Please refer to your plan details or contact your plan administrator directly to determine the specific network affiliated with your plan.
